With used Teslas priced around $20,000, many buyers may choose them over new models, adding to Tesla’s challenges. Additionally, Elon Musk’s public image and political associations have reportedly hurt Tesla’s sales in China, the EU, the UK, and the U.S., with European sales dropping by up to 40%.
