Missed Climate Goals Could Be catastrophic According To UN

The UN has published a new report on whether the world will meet the goals set by the Paris Climate Agreement in 2015. The plan was to drop emissions by 60% from 1990 levels. The forecast now is that the figure will only be 10%. According to the report, “We have a serious need for more speed.” By missing the goal, the number of dangerous climate events will rise sharply.
