Pacific Coast Rain Storm to Soak These Cities This Week

Meteorologists are forecasting more than an inch of rain in dozens of cities, with some small towns expecting nearly four inches of precipitation within a 72-hour period.
While the heaviest precipitation will occur along the coast, several inland, flood-prone cities are also expecting one to two inches of precipitation over the next several days. A closer look at the data reveals the cities forecast to get the most rain this week.
To determine the cities that will get the most rain this week, Climate Crisis 247 reviewed precipitation forecast data from the NOAA’s National Digital Forecast Database. Cities were ranked based on forecast cumulative rainfall for November 3-5, 2025. Only cities with at least 10,000 residents were considered.
