“Clean” U.S. Oil Industry Doesn’t Exist

Citing ProPublica, McIntyre explained that new emissions data from Texas wells strongly contradicts Trump’s assertion. While a few wells may operate cleanly, McIntyre emphasized that they are rare exceptions in a largely polluting industry.
