Ford Will Have Staggering Loss as EV Demand Declines
Douglas McIntyre, Editor-in-Chief at Climate Crisis 24/7, reports that Ford expects a staggering $5–5.5 billion loss in its EV division this year. This comes as new Gallup polling shows a steep decline in U.S. consumer interest in electric vehicles. With Tesla dominating the market at 45% and Ford struggling below 10%, the automaker must soon decide whether to double down on EV investments or revert focus to gas-powered models.
