Gas Hits $7 In Some Parts Of US

Premium gas prices have topped $7 a gallon in some parts of California and Hawaii. Almost 14% of Americans live in one of these two states. In California, part of the reason is the gas tax, but if oil prices continue to rise, other states will catch up.
