Miami Real Estate Weakens

The new Case-Shiller home price index is out for November. Nationwide, year over year, the market rose 1.4%. Of the 20 largest cities, the number of weak markets that dropped was small. Miami was one of them. Douglas A. McIntyre, Editor-In-Chief of Climatecrisis247, explains.
