The Florida housing market, particularly in areas affected by hurricanes, is showing signs of decline, reports Doug McIntyre, with new data from the National Association of Realtors revealing that while property prices rose in most of the U.S., several Sunshine State cities experiencing price drops, some by almost 10%. As these climate-related challenges continue, further price decreases may be on the horizon.
