Huge Hurricane Threatens US

Tropical storm Melissa is forecast to become a powerful hurricane, and perhaps a Category 5. It is moving through the Caribbean, and its storm track shows it could hit parts of the US. Outer winds should reach areas near Florida in the next few days. The last major storms to hit the US — Milton and Helene — caused billions in damage. Douglas A.
