The US real estate market has started to buckle. Realtor says prices started to drop in September due to 7% mortgage rates. Some Florida markets are hit hard, and Tampa was hit the hardest. It has faced two major hurricanes in the last two years. People are leaving; home insurance rates are rising fast.
