This City Has The Worst Air Pollution In The World
Among the new metrics are temperature and climate change by region, reports Axios about a new study. Temperature increases in these areas are often much larger than the global average, which may make them better for predicting climate change in the future. This is particularly the case with areas where humans are most affected.
Frequent Crises
Heat waves are more frequent in certain parts of the world, including areas in Asia, northern Canada and western Australia. In parts of Asia and Australia, unprecedented temperatures can be well above 100 F for days, something to is also occurring in Phoenix, Ariz.
The study leaves out why temperatures are rising more slowly in some areas. That might also be something to look into more closely.
