Climate Crisis Is Costing A Fortune
Two estimates of the cost of the climate crisis were issued this week. One is the effect of all the work done in response to climate disasters, which added $7 trillion to US GDP over two decades. The other was that the direct price of violent weather in the first half of the year was $101 billion. Since each has different metrics and timelines, it is hard to tell which is correct. Douglas A.
