Colorado River, Which Supplies 40 Million Americans, Is Still Drying Up

The federal government is trying to step in where states have not. That is to set a plan to help the Colorado River, which is still drying up. States can’t agree on how much water each can use. The river supplies water to as many as 40 million Americans.
