Climate Change Takes a Back Seat in Presidential Debate
In the recent presidential debate, climate change barely made an appearance. Though it was briefly touched on in relation to fossil fuels and fracking, it was clear that neither candidate provided in-depth solutions. Kamala Harris highlighted her work with Biden, while Donald Trump shifted away from the topic altogether. Despite the importance of climate change, it still hasn’t reached the forefront of political debates.
