Electricity Rates Up 17% in Virginia, Getting Worse

New data from HeatMap shows electricity rates up 17% in June, year over year, in Virginia. The organization says it will get worse. Arlington is one of the largest data center clusters in the US. And, it looks like some of this will be generated by fossil fuels.
