Bill Gates has a nuclear power startup called TerraPower. It has raised $1.4 billion from Gates and several VC firms. If its technology works, Gates says it could be part of the future of nuclear energy. It is about to build a 345-watt nuclear power plant. The target is to use its energy to power AI data centers.
