People Are Rapidly Leaving Florida

The new Census data shows that, among the 10 counties losing the most population year over year, two are in hurricane-prone parts of Florida, one in Louisiana, and one in Mississippi. These are places where insurance rates are going up and where storms threaten to be larger.
