Arctic Temperatures Reach 90 Degree

In parts of Russia which are inside the Arctic Circle, temperatures have reached 90 degrees F. This does several things. It will cause oceans to rise. It will kill species that are part of a colder habitat. It will make these areas more friendly to humans. And, it will open new shipping routes.
