Home Price Increases Slow In Weather-Plagued Tampa And Phoenix
According to The S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Indices, June home prices reached an all-time high, up 5.4% from last year. Several cities posted prices that rose less quickly. These are cities with dangerous weather, particularly in the summer.
The price of homes in Tampa rose 3.1% yearly, and the cost in Phoenix rose 3.7%.
Once Rapid Growth
